Kostelec depot
The Kostelec depot (also known as the Kostelec hoard ) is a depot find of the Early Bronze Age Aunjetitz culture that was found between Kostelec and Chyjice in Královéhradecký kraj , Czech Republic . It dates between 2000 and 1800 BC. The depot is now in the National Museum in Prague .
Find history
The depot was discovered while plowing at an unknown point in time and was given to the National Museum in Prague around 1869. The site is located on the parcel "Na stráni", which is located in the municipality of Chyjice. But since the finder lived in Kostelec, the depot was named after this place.

The depot consists of three bronze wire rings.
