Lunow depot

The Lunow depot is an archaeological depot from the Early Bronze Age that was discovered near Lunow ( Barnim district ).

The first hoard was discovered in a “stone pit” (possibly a quarry?) And consists of a ring with chipping ends and a long-handled chisel. The second hoard consists of a dagger blade , a ridge cleaver , two eyelet neck rings , two arm rings, an arm spiral and a cuff bracelet and may have been placed in a vessel. Both depots are assigned to the Aunjetitz culture .

The first hoard find no longer exists today, the second is in the Museum of Prehistory and Early History in Berlin .
