Makotřasy depot

The Makotřasy Depot (also Makotřasy hoard find ) is a depot find of the Early Bronze Age Aunjetitz culture from Makotřasy in Středočeský kraj , Czech Republic . It dates between 2000 and 1800 BC. The depot is now in the National Museum in Prague .

Find history

The depot was first mentioned in 1932. It was discovered while plowing south of Makotřasy in the direction of Středokluky. The date of the find and the exact location are unknown.

composition

The depot consists of five bronze eyelet neck rings , three of which have recently broken.
