The first written mention of the village Makotrzas was in the country table in 1318 . Makotřasy was owned by noblemen from Makotřas. In 1415 the patrician Petr Meziříčský bought the festivals including the village from the old town of Prague . The Makotřasy rule at that time included Středokluky , Běloky , Hřebeč and parts of Lidice and Zájezd . During the Hussite Wars in May 1420, several thousands of insurgents from Louny , Žatec and Slaný moved to Prague to support their allies . During their march, they set fire to the fortress and plundered the property of their opponent Meziříčský.

Since the 15th century Makotřasy changed hands several times, which included the noble families von Kunwald, von Schwarzenberg and Seinsheim, Sternberg and Kolowrat . Under the Novohradský z Kolowrat was attached to the rule Buštěhrad . In 1632 the area was sacked and devastated when the Saxon troops withdrew from Bohemia. In the same year the property passed to Duke Julius Heinrich and the House of Sachsen-Lauenburg and after the death of Duke Clemens Franz in 1777 Charles II. August von Zweibrücken inherited and after his death in 1795 Maximilian Joseph von Bayern inherited the property. He sold the reign to Ferdinand III in 1805 . In 1847 Ferdinand the Kind took over the rule of the Bohemian possession of the Habsburgs.
