Stradonice (German Stradonitz ) is a municipality in the Czech Republic . It is located seven kilometers north of Slaný and belongs to the Okres Kladno .
geography
Stradonice is located in Central Bohemia in the Zlonický potok valley basin. The railway line runs south of the village between Slaný and Zlonice , where the nearest train station is in Páleček.
Neighboring towns are Páleč in the north, Vyšínek in the north-east, Lisovice and Zlonice in the east, Dřínov in the south-east, Královice in the south, Neprobylice and Třebíz in the south-west, Páleček in the west and Vraný in the north-west.
history
Stradonice was first mentioned in 1318.
After the end of patrimonial Stradonice became an independent municipality in the Slaný district in 1850. Since 1961 the place belongs to the Okres Kladno . On January 1, 1980, it was incorporated into Zlonice . Since the beginning of 1992 Stradonice has been a municipality again.
