Plav depot

The Plav depot (also known as the Plav hoard ) is a depot find of the Early Bronze Age Aunjetitz culture from Plav in Jihočeský kraj , Czech Republic . It dates to between 1800 and 1600 BC. The depot is privately owned.

Find history

The depot was first mentioned in 1974. The exact location and the circumstances of the find are unknown. Apparently it comes from a burial mound .

The depot consists of three bronze bars .
