Těchlovice Depot (Okres Hradec Králové)
The Těchlovice Depot (also known as the Těchlovice hoard ) is a depot from the Early Bronze Age Aunjetitz culture from Těchlovice in Královéhradecký kraj , Czech Republic . It dates to between 1800 and 1600 BC. Chr.
Find history
The depot was discovered in 2008 in the forest northeast of Těchlovice with a metal detector . The site is located at the western end of a trough in the terrain running in a west-east direction.
composition
The depot consists of eleven bronze objects : eight bars , two ax axes and a needle. The objects had been placed in order. The axes lay upright, parallel to each other, with the needle between them. The bars were laid across the axes.
