The Oesterreichischer Beobachter was an Austrian daily newspaper that appeared in Vienna from 1810 to 1848 . At first the newspaper appeared three times a week, from 1811 on every working day and from March of the same year daily. At times the title varied slightly to Oesterreich'scher Beobachter or Oesterreichischer Beobachter . Its predecessor until 1809 and at the same time successor from 1848 was the Oesterreichische Zeitung, also published in Vienna .
