The logo of the German-Korean Society consists of elements from both national flags.

The German-Korean Society eV (DKG) is an association for the maintenance and expansion of relations with South Korea . Events in the cultural field and projects such as the youth exchange "Building Bridges" and the award of the Mirok-Li Prize are organized in the regional associations.

The company was founded on June 21, 1966 in Bonn .

The seat is in Berlin . The more than 300 members are organized in several regional associations:

  • Bavaria
  • North Rhine-Westphalia
  • Berlin-Brandenburg
  • North
  • Baden-Württemberg.

The regional association in Hamburg acts independently and does not belong to the federal association.
