The German-Tanzanian Partnership e. V. is a non-profit and non-governmental organization that carries out projects on renewable energies , international understanding , education and training in Tanzania .
The association was founded by Andrea Karsten in 1998 and has been offering young adults the opportunity to do voluntary service in Tanzania every year since 2004 . This service has been implemented as part of the weltwärts program since 2008 . The voluntary service has been awarded the Quifd seal for quality in voluntary service.
