The Deutsche Tierparkgesellschaft e. V. (DTG) is an association of animal horticultural institutions from Germany and neighboring areas with headquarters in Bernburg (Saale) .

It was founded in 1976 and today mainly serves the exchange of information and ideas as well as the further training of its members. The annual general meeting and a seminar take place every year, further seminars in loose succession.

The DTG is the association of animal horticultural institutions with the largest number of members in Germany. It has more than 90 member parks affiliated with it. The DTG is a member of the World Association of Zoos and Aquariums (WAZA) and an associated member of the Association of Zoological Gardens . V. (VdZ). She maintains an exchange with the Deutscher Wildgehege-Verband e. V. (DWV) and other professional associations.
