German gymnastics club championship 1937

The German gymnastics club championship in 1937 was the first of its kind. The final round was held on May 9, 1937 in Münster . The winner was the team of TSV 1860 Munich .

Preliminary fights

In Gaugruppe II, TSV Leuna prevailed on April 25, 1937 in Erfurt, ahead of ATV Thalheim, the Hamburg gymnastics association from 1816 and the gymnastics club in Hanover . The best gymnast was Krötzsch ahead of Müller (both Leuna), Leuschel (Thalheim) and Kleine (Leuna).

Finals

At the venue, the Halle Münsterland , the team of TSV 1860 Munich became German champions in club gymnastics, followed by TSV Leuna 1919 , MTV Bad Kreuznach and TV GutsMuths 1861 Berlin . The individual winner was Konrad Frey (Bad Kreuznach) ahead of Kurt Krötzsch (Leuna).
