The facility is located on the road from Bolimów to Humin , on the right-hand side immediately after leaving the town.

The small cemetery is already very badly deteriorated. There is a small chapel at the entrance. The epitaph has not been preserved in most of the graves . According to the information board at the entrance, there are 77 German soldiers by name. The Volksbund Deutsche Kriegsgräberfürsorge has not yet received any information about the grave complex. The facility is a listed building.
