The German Table Football Association (DTFB) e. V. is the umbrella organization for table football in Germany and was founded on June 20, 1969. The DTFB is the umbrella organization of the 13 German state associations in which regional leagues and tournaments are organized. According to the state rankings, players are sent to the German Championship on the one hand and league teams for the 1st and 2nd Bundesliga on the other. The goals of the DTFB are the recognition of table football as a sport and the promotion of top-class, popular and youth sports.

The DTFB is a member of the world federation of table football ITSF and currently has Klaus Gottesleben as the vice president of the world federation.
