The German Peasant War Museum in Böblingen is housed in the renovated Zehntscheuer together with the Böblingen Municipal Gallery . The exhibition documents the protest marches and mass uprisings of the farmers. The focus is on the decisive battle in Böblingen on May 12, 1525, in which the peasants were bloodily defeated. The exhibition pays tribute to the farmers' leaders and their strategies, illuminates facts and their backgrounds. In addition to the documentation of the war, everyday rural life is also described in more detail.
