The German Hospital Address Book ( dka ) is a company of Rombach Druck- und Verlagshaus GmbH & Co. KG based in Freiburg im Breisgau . As a service provider in the field of health addresses, the German Hospital Address Book has continuously expanded its portfolio to include digital solutions in recent years. In addition to a classic print edition of the address directory, the range of services also includes a digitally supplemented book version (CD) as well as local and online databases for the healthcare sector.
history
The German Hospital Address Book has been published since the 1950s in cooperation with the German Hospital Society , the Federal Association of German Private Hospitals and the Association of Administrative Managers . Since 1962 it has been a separate publishing division of Rombach Druck- und Verlagshaus GmbH & Co. KG .
Portfolio
The German Hospital Address Book lists addresses of and detailed information on hospitals, clinics and rehabilitation facilities. Addresses of consulting firms, authorities, associations, insurance carriers and medical technology companies are also recorded. The editorial team collects all address data in cooperation and with the approval of the respective institutions. The data pool includes around 30,000 individual addresses from Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The German Hospital Address Book appears in book form and as a digital database solution.
