The Deutz F3L 514/7 was a tractor that Klöckner-Humboldt-Deutz manufactured as the successor to the F3L 514/6 from 1958 to 1965. In the type designation the essential engine parameters be specified: F ahrzeugmotor with 3 cylinder locks and L üftkühlung series 5 with a piston stroke of 14  cm. It had a capacity of 3990 cm³ and was intended for use on large agricultural areas and as a tractor for heavy PTO-driven combine harvesters and other harvesters.
