Devil Within is a melodic death metal / metalcore band from Tokyo, founded in 2019 .
history
In March 2019 the formation of the band was officially announced. The band was founded by the Undead Corporation - bassist Kensuke "Shacho" Matsuyama, who in addition to Devil Within Thousand-Eyes musician Kouta one of two guitarists represents. The group is completed by singer Yu “U” Umehara, who is also on the microphone at Merging Moon , afterzero bassist Yoji Ueno and Yūto “YU-TO” Sugano, who plays with Matsuyama at Undead Corporation.
On April 10 of the same year, Dark Supremacy, the debut album with ten tracks, was released. The album entered the domestic music charts at number 97 .
style
The music can be described as Metalcore , which has clear borrowings from the Melodic Death Metal of the Swedish school .
