A decimal , abbreviated to Dec. , was a Bavarian area measure and comprised 34.0727 m², according to other information also 34.08 m², which corresponds to a hundredth of a day's work :

1 Tagwerk = 100 decimal = 40,000 square foot = 3407.27 (of the foot to 0.291859 m )

The area measure was used in notary deeds and newspaper articles in Bavaria at least until 1958.
