Artificial Fiction Brain

Dharmendra S. Modha (* 1969 ) is manager for computer cognitive ( cognitive computing ) at the IBM Almaden Research Center. He also teaches at the University of California, Berkeley . He simulated the functional elements of the brain of a mouse - albeit 10 times slower - in the computer and announced that by 2018 he would recreate a human brain at the natural speed of thought processes ("re-create").
