dhu-Samawi ( Old South Arabian D-S 1 MWY , DMG du-Samawi , possibly "the out of heaven") was a altsüdarabischer God and tribal god of the people of Amir . He is mentioned on dedicatory inscriptions donated by Amir from the land of the Amir and from their colonies in Haram , Marib and Timna as well as in Thamud in northern Arabia .
