Diboli is a place in western Mali . The place is a border town to neighboring Senegal . To the west of the city lies the Falémé River , which marks the border between the states. The place is on the RN1 and the Dakar-Niger railway . These are led over the river with the road bridge from Kidira and the railway bridge from Kidira . The Malian border control facilities are in place.
