The road bridge at Kidira is a bridge over the Falémé river , a tributary of Senegal , between the towns of Kidira in Senegal and Diboli in Mali . It transfers the RN1 from the Malian side and a connection to the N 1 and N 2 from the Senegalese side . The bridge is part of the Dakar-N'Djamena Highway and the most important road connection between the two states. It was replaced by a pre-existing fordbuilt. The roadway on the bridge has two lanes. In the middle is the border between the states. The border control points are each set up in front of the bridge.

It is a steel girder bridge completed in 1990 with eight bridge openings and a total length of 193.80 meters.
