Didius Severus

Didius Severus (his prenomen is not known) was a member of the Roman knighthood ( Eques ) living in the 2nd century AD .

A dedicatory inscription found at Segedunum fort and dated 122/200 shows that Severus was prefect . According to John Spaul , he was prefect of the Cohors IIII Lingonum , which was stationed in the province of Britannia .
