action

Ariadne Oliver is a famous writer and friends with Hercule Poirot . One day a young woman appears at Poirot's house, who claims to have been sent by Ariadne Oliver. She wants to have a murder solved that she does not know whether she has committed it herself. This fact arouses Poirot's interest, but the woman does not trust him and disappears without having told her story. Poirot is now visiting Ariadne Oliver to find out more about this strange person. It turns out that Oliver was at her neighbor's party and knows some details from the family's life. Not enough, however, to shed light on the darkness. Obviously the family relationships are too involved. Oliver and Poirot decide to get to the bottom of the matter after it is discovered that murder was indeed committed that night.
