Diego Fagúndez (born February 14, 1995 in Montevideo ) is a Uruguayan football player .
Career
society
The 1.73-meter-tall offensive player Fagúndez has been a member of the MLS team of the US club New England Revolution since at least 2011 . In 2011 he was used six times in the league and scored two goals. In the following two years he played in 20 and 33 games of the MLS and scored twice or 13 times in the opposing goal. In 2014 and 2015, he recorded 31 league games and five and six personal goals respectively. In 2016 he was used 34 times (six goals) in league games. In 2017, 18 league appearances (four goals) followed so far (as of July 15, 2017).
National team
Fagúndez at least since August 2014 Member of the coach fabián coito supervised Uruguayan U-20 national team . On August 4, 2014, he came in the 0-1 defeat as a substitute for an international match. Two days later he was in the starting line-up in a 1-1 draw against the same opponent.
He was a member of the Uruguayan squad at the U-20 South American Championship 2015 in Uruguay.
