Dieter Bohn

Dieter Bohn is an American journalist . He is Executive Editor of The Verge technology portal .

Dieter Bohn completed his studies in English and Philosophy with a Bachelor of Arts from the Catholic University of St. Thomas in Minnesota. He then began a doctorate at the University of Minnesota , which he dropped out. Until 2011, Dieter Bohn was editor-in-chief of Mobile Nations ' websites , including iMore and Android Central .

In 2011 he founded The Verge together with Nilay Patel and Joshua Topolsky . In late July 2014, he was appointed Executive Editor of The Verge .
