Dieter Grabbe

Dieter Grabbe (* 1969) is a German health and fitness expert from Haselünne in Emsland . He lives in Prien am Chiemsee . As a trained coach who has been successful in various sports on an international level, he develops movement concepts that are based on a holistic philosophy. Grabbe has also been an author since 2002 and has published 14 specialist books and advisory volumes to date that illustrate his concepts.

Grabbe has been organizing seminars and training courses on the subjects of exercise, fitness and nutrition in Germany, Austria and Switzerland for several years. In addition, he uses new media to sell his movement concepts: In 2005 a DVD will be released for the "ballooning" program he developed. In 2006 he published his first audio book on the subject of "fit & vital every day".

His work has given Grabbe some media exposure. In Pro Sieben , the ZDF , N24 and Focus Gesundheit , he worked as a TV coach. With Bild am Sonntag he published a 14-part series of advice on wellness on DVD. The video game manufacturer Nintendo engaged Grabbe in 2008 as a partner for " Wii Fit-Plus". He developed his own fitness program for the hotel animation of the Thomas Cook / Neckermann club hotels.
