Dieter Bobby Greiner (born December 27, 1937 in Weißwasser ; died November 19, 2019 there ) was a German ice hockey player .

Career

He played for SG Dynamo Weißwasser from 1955 and was GDR champion seven times with the team until 1963 . After the 1962/63 season, he ended his playing career.

Internationally he played for the national team of the GDR at the ice hockey world championship in 1959 . Overall, he came to nine internationals for the GDR. After the end of his career, he worked for 26 years as a masseur in the supervisory staff of SG Dynamo Weißwasser and for ten years as a supervisor for the GDR national team.

Dieter Greiner was an honorary member of Eissport Weißwasser and served on the club's honorary council.
