Dieter Klein (basketball player)

Dieter Klein (born August 17, 1964 in Hagen ) is a former German basketball player who was active for TSV 1860 Hagen and Brandt Hagen  in the basketball league  .

career

The 2.07 meter tall indoor player rose in 1988 with TSV 1860 Hagen from the second to the first Bundesliga. There he was part of the team from 1988 to 1990 and, after being merged with the SSV, was in Brandt Hagen's squad from 1990 onwards. Klein played for Brandt in the Bundesliga and partly in the European Cup until 1996. In 1994 he won the DBB Cup with Hagen .

In 1996, Klein moved to TV Salzkotten in the 2nd basketball league , where he played until 1999. After his basketball career, he worked as a mechanic.
