Dieter Kolb is a former German curler and association official.

Kolb made his international debut at the 1986 World Junior Championship in Dartmouth , but he remained without a medal.

Kolb was a substitute for the German team in the XV. 1988 Calgary Winter Olympics in curling. Skip Andreas Kapp's team took sixth place.

From 2004 to 2015 Kolb was President of the German Curling Association.
