Dieter Simon (born February 20, 1953 ) is a former German ice hockey player and has been a member of the Hall of Fame of the German Ice Hockey Museum since 1999 .
Career
He played from 1972 to 1984 for SG Dynamo Weißwasser , with which he was GDR champion several times.
Internationally he played for the national ice hockey team of the GDR at the ice hockey world championships from 1973 to 1983 .
