Dieter Wallraff

Dieter Wallraff (born May 22, 1942 in Berenbostel , Hanover district ; † April 2, 1995 in Garbsen ) was a German politician ( SPD ) and a member of the Lower Saxony state parliament .

Life

After the Berenbostel elementary school, Dieter Wallraff attended a grammar school in Hanover and received his Abitur there in 1962. He studied in Hanover at the Pedagogical University , became a teacher and worked as headmaster at the Hanoverian orientation level Rehmer Feld until he was elected to the Lower Saxony state parliament in 1986.

He joined the SPD in 1967. He took over the chairmanship and the deputy chairmanship of the SPD sub-district Hannover-Land in the Garbsen city association of the SPD. From 1972 to 1974 he was a member of the council of the municipality of Berenbostel, after the municipal reform he became a council member and alderman in the city of Garbsen , and he took over the chairmanship of the local SPD parliamentary group.

From June 21, 1986 to June 20, 1994 he was a member of the Lower Saxony state parliament (11th and 12th electoral terms).

He was married and had two children.
