Dietrich Beyer

Dietrich Beyer (born May 30, 1941 in Eberswalde / Brandenburg ) was a judge at the German Federal Court of Justice from 1990 to 2006 .

After two successful legal exams, Beyer joined the judicial service of the Free State of Bavaria in 1969 , where he worked as a public prosecutor , then as a judge at the Würzburg Regional Court and the Bamberg Higher Regional Court .

Beyer was appointed judge at the Federal Court of Justice in 1990. During his activity there, Beyer was involved in legal disputes in both the 8th Civil Senate and the 1st Criminal Senate.

After reaching the age limit, Beyer retired on May 31, 2006.
