Difa-e Pakistan

Difa-e Pakistan (short: DPC ; Pakistani for Defense of Pakistan ) is an Islamist , Pakistani organization.

Members

It consists of around four dozen parties and religious organizations. These include several illegal militias and terrorist group cover organizations.

She is also supported by some influential Islamic preachers.

Hamid Gul , former head of the Pakistani intelligence agency Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI), was a speaker for the organization.

Positions

The network opposes US and Indian influence in Pakistan. The Pakistani supply routes to Afghanistan are to be closed to NATO.

history

The association was founded in response to the 2011 attack on the Pakistani base in Salala , in which 24 Pakistani soldiers died in November 2011.

Since its inception, Difa-e Pakistan has held large rallies in several Pakistani cities, including a demonstration in Islamabad in late February 2012.
