The Dillon Hill is a 125 m high, with tussock overgrown hill on the island Heard in the archipelago of Heard Island and McDonald Islands in the southern Indian Ocean . It rises about 2 km northwest of Cape Labuan .
Australian scientists set up a station here in March 1980 for satellite-based position determination using the Doppler effect . The namesake of the hill is not known.
