Dimitar Danailov

Dimitar Danailow , Bulgarian Димитър Данаилов (* 1921 in Chirpan ; † 1992 ) was a Bulgarian writer.

biography

Dimitar Danailow studied Slavic Philology at the Kliment Ochridski University in Sofia . He has published many articles in periodicals and edited three books:

  • Милиони гълъби ("Million Pigeons") - 1954
  • Тракийска луна ("Thracian Moon") - 1969
  • Незаключена врата ("The Unlocked Door") - 1991

He was the director of the Pejo Jaworow Museum in the city of Chirpan for 30 years and was very committed to the cultural life of the city. He was a member of the Bulgarian Writers' Union .
