The distance Verlag is a German art publisher under the direction of Matthias Kliefoth and Christian Boros. DISTANZ publishes books on contemporary art, photography, architecture, design and fashion and regularly publishes exhibition catalogs with leading museums and institutions as well as monographs with selected artists. The publishing house was founded in 2010 by Christian Boros and Uta Grosenick .
The offices are located in the historic old pumping station .
Publishing program
The publishing house mostly publishes bilingual (German / English) or multilingual books and exhibition catalogs on the visual arts, photography, architecture, design and fashion in the 20th and 21st centuries. Some publications are designed for digital devices.
