history
The group was founded in 1996 when its members were still teenagers. Their first single, Lately, was the trio's biggest hit, ranking # 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 and going platinum in the US . The single was less successful internationally. A cover of the song of the same name by George Michael followed with One More Try . In 2000 the group broke up. Kia Thornton took part in the sixth season of American Idol in 2007 but did not make it to the finals.
