The Bank DNB A / S (formerly Bank DnB Nord and DnB Nord Bank ) is a financial company based in Copenhagen / Denmark .
Bank DNB was a joint venture between the largest Norwegian bank DnB NOR (51 percent) and Nord / LB (49 percent) and is now fully owned by DnB NOR. It is mainly active in the Baltic Sea region. With over 860,000 customers in 178 branches and total assets of EUR 11.2 billion, Bank DNB is one of the largest banking groups in Northeast Europe.

The advertising medium is a red hot air balloon . Customers can also design their credit cards individually. However, a customer in Norway received a card that did not show the ordered motif, but an anti-Semitic caricature. The bank apologized for the oversight.
