Doane Rock (engl. Doane Rock ) is a boulder in Eastham , Massachusetts in the United States , which in the area of the Cape Cod National Seashore is located.

At 5.5 meters high and an estimated 3.7 meters underground, it is the largest exposed stone in Cape Cod. It is named after the deacon John Doane, who was one of the earliest settlers of Eastham. The boulder has also been to Doane's son Enochs- or Enos rock , or simply Great Rock (Engl. Large rock ) called. It was left behind by a glacier about 18,000 to 12,000 years ago.

Doane Rock can be reached by driving approximately a mile on Doane Road from the Salt Pond Visitor Center towards Coast Guard Beach. There is limited parking space next to the stone.
