The Doctors Icefall (English for Doktoreneisfall , Polish Lodospad Doktorów ) is an icefall on King George Iceland in the archipelago of the South Shetland Islands . He is at the head of the Goulden Cove of Ezcurra Fjord in Admiralty Bay .
Participants in a Polish Antarctic expedition named him in 1980 after their doctoral team. The UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee transferred the Polish name to English in 2003.
