Dodgy
Dodgy is a rock band from England .
Career
It originally consisted of the members Nigel Clark (vocals and bass), Mathew Priest (drums) and Andy Miller (guitar). The band was formed in 1990 and released three studio albums until singer and songwriter Nigel Clarke left the band in 1998.
In 2001 they tried a comeback with the album Real Estate with a new line-up. In addition to Priest and Miller, the band consisted of the new singer David Bassey, keyboardist Chris Hallam and bassist Nick Abnett. In 2002 the band broke up. Dodgy had their greatest success in the course of the Britpop wave in the mid-1990s with the song Good Enough in 1996, which made it to number 4 in the British singles chart.
In autumn 2007 a reunion tour ran through England. In February 2012 the band released their fifth studio album Stand Upright in a Cool Place.
