Dolf Verroen
Dolf Verroen (born November 20, 1928 in Delft ) is a Dutch writer , critic , translator and essayist .
life and work
Verroen's debut novel was Mariëta's overwinning (1957). His first children's book Het boek by Jan-Kees was published in 1958. He has now published around sixty children's books. In 1999 Dolf Verroen was knighted in the Order of Orange-Nassau .
