The small Dolmen del Quer Afumat (also called Dolmen del Querafumat) is located in the hamlet of Capmany in the Comarca Alt Empordà in the province of Girona in Catalonia in Spain , near the border with France .

The 1894 by Ll. M. Vidal discovered north-west-south-east oriented dolmens from the first half of the 3rd millennium has a short, trapezoidal chamber and is a Catalan gallery in the shape of a U. The excavation was carried out in 1923 by Pere Bosch i Gimpera (1891–1974) and Ll. Pericot. The inside of the chamber is about 1.5 m long, 1.4 m wide and 1.0 m high. The access was approximately 0.9 m long, 1.0 m wide and 0.95 m high. There are no visible remains of the hill. It was probably about three feet in diameter. From the chamber, three granite bearing stones and the compact, oval ceiling plate with a broken end have been preserved.

The finds consisted of a fragment of handmade pottery.

Nearby is the Menhir Quer Afumat 2.
