Dolmen of Céllecs

The dolmen of Céllecs (also called La Cabana del Moro, Cabana del Moro Céllecs, or Cava del Moro) - not to be confused with Cabana del Moro (Llauro) - is located in the "Parc de la Serralada Litoral" in the coastal mountains, south of La Roca del Vallès in Catalonia in Spain .

Some sources consider it a low (just over a meter high) Catalan gallery , others a rectangular stone box . The end plate, three side plates of the gallery and the large ceiling plate have been preserved. The rest of the gallery and most of the hill are gone. There are only a few stones on the northeast side behind the dolmen . The rectangle is oriented to the southwest. According to Josep Tarrús i Galter, the corridor must originally have been around 2.0 meters long and the hill could have been 8.0 meters in diameter.

The dolmen was discovered and excavated by Josep Colomines in 1929. Handmade ceramics were found. After the excavation, it was restored and received its current disposition. It is dated between the Neolithic and the Chalcolithic (2500–1800 BC).

The Can Gol dolmens are nearby .
