The Kerhenry dolmen (also Ker Henry) is located in a field on the Chemin de Doaren Quistinen road, east of Arradon in the Morbihan department in France . In France, dolmen is the generic term for megalithic structures of all kinds (see: French nomenclature ).

description

The dolmen is a largely destroyed megalithic complex and the oldest monument in the municipality. The east-west oriented U-shaped dolmen has an approximately 1.8 m long chamber. The slightly inclined capstone has a series of notches arranged in a semicircle. The remains of a round hill have been preserved around the dolmen. In 2010 the lush vegetation was removed. On this occasion, the city expressed its wish to purchase the land on which the dolmen stands.

The Neolithic dolmen excavated by Louis Galles (1827–1874) in 1866 yielded pieces of human bones, stone tools and ceramic shards.
