Arradon ( Breton Aradon ) is a French municipality with 5340 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Morbihan in the region of Brittany . The municipality belongs to the canton of Vannes-2 in the arrondissement of Vannes .
geography
Arradon is located on the Gulf of Morbihan , five kilometers from Vannes and 43 kilometers from Lorient at an altitude of between zero and 61 m above sea level.

Arradon was first mentioned in 1304 as Daradon (1382: Aradon ).
