Saint-Martin-sur-Oust ( Gallo Saent-Martein-sur-out , Breton Sant-Varzhin-to-Oud ) is a French municipality with 1,305 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Morbihan in the region of Brittany .

Saint-Martin-sur-Oust is located around seventeen kilometers northwest of Redon in the east of the Morbihan department and belongs to the Communauté de communes du Pays de la Gacilly .
Neighboring communities are Saint-Laurent-sur-Oust in the north-west, Ruffiac in the north, Saint-Nicolas-du-Tertre in the north-east, Les Fougerêts in the east, Peillac in the south-east, Saint-Gravé in the south and Saint-Congard in the west.
