Saint-Gorgon ( Gallo Saent Cogo , Breton Sant Kogo ) is a French municipality with 1,404 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Morbihan in the region of Brittany .
geography
Saint-Gorgon is located about ten kilometers west of Redon in the southeast of the Morbihan department and belongs to the Redon Agglomération municipal association .
Neighboring communities are Saint-Jacut-les-Pins in the north, Allaire in the east, Béganne in the south and Caden in the west.
The place is not far from roads for national traffic. The main road connection in the area is the D 775 .
The most important body of water is the Bach Bouloterie . The municipal boundary partially runs along this watercourse.
